Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I burst into tears and feel helpless between the hours of 3 and 6 almost every single day. I am on hormone replacement therapy and am a type 2 diabetic. I am taking effexor also. I just feel that everything is out of control in my life and I can't get a handle on this. I feel anxious and am worried that something bad is going to happen and I can't deal with everyday situations. Can anyone help please?
