I am 17 and I don t have health problems except for overproduced acids in my stomach. I swallowed some cum the other day after a blowjob, it was my first time and i felt like something stuck at the back of my throat. is it the cum? and how can i get rid of it? its been 3 days

Likely it is not semen stuck in the back of your throat for multiple days. since it is a normal body fluid, it breaks down and is digested .
