What Causes Pain Above Ribcage?
I have pain under my left breast at the top of my ribcage. I feel small lumps there.It hurts around the band area of my bra on the left side. I have had a cat scan of the abdomen and have several small duodenal ulcers. Is my pain from the ulcers or is this something different?

I have studied your case and I think your pain can be due to duodenal ulcers. You should observe relation of food with pain. Ulcer pain increases when you take food.
Also some time this can be a muscular strain. Such pain increases with movements. I would recommend you to get a ultrasound to see if there is some lump or it is just your suspicion. Some time specially after fever there is increases in size of spleen and it can also cause pain and lumpy feeling.
