What Causes Pain After Urination, light Bleeding And Nausea?

For the past week and a half it hurts after I get done peeing. It has started to go away. I have also been bleeding but its light, I don t even have to use a tampon or pantyliner. And I ve also been having some acute cramps and I ve gotten nauseated 2 times. What are the reasons or reason I m having all these symptoms?

Hello,

I think you should do an urine analysis and uroculture to check for infection.

Also, you have spotting so an vaginal smear may be useful. You probably have genitourinary tract infection. You can use antibiotics as come out of antibiograme.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
