What Causes Pain And Bleeding During Bowel Movement?

For 2 months now I been having really bad pain everytime I do poop it's come to a point where I will hold my poop because of the pain from a 1 to a 10 my pain is 11 and and when I do poop everytime I bleed alot 1 time I had to wear a pad because the bleeding was bad can you please tell me what's wrong I really can't go another day like this even when I relieve gas it hurts and the pain won't go away for hours
