My 20yr old cousin was told at her university clinic that she has a blood clot in her throat and was sent home. She is getting ready to board a train for a 4 hour trip home to see her doctor. Is this advisable? She has been sick for a couple weeks and is currently running a fever and has pain in her throat. Should she come home or go straight to ER?
Dear they may be from post nasal drip due to epistaxis or sinusitis, it may be due to bronchitis or Gerd with hematemesis etc... Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.
