What Causes Pain And Blood In The Penis?

Hi Doctor,

I am Anthony, 35 years old and married for 3.5 years. When i just indulged in foreplay with my wife i felt a slight pain in my pennis and soon saw around 10 drops of blood. Why could this have happened. This is the first time i've ever seen this happen. I am worried. Please advise
