My 13 year old daughter has pain in the palm of her right hand and the tip of her middle right finger. Recently, it has started to occasionally turn blue, and then go back to normal. It has become so painful that she cries after her basketball games. This weekend, she woke up in the middle of the night with a bloody nose. Over the last several weeks, she is extremely tired and can barely keep her eyes open. What can this be?
