What Causes Pain And Brown Discharge After Urination?

Every time I wipe myself after I pee it hurts and there s like this brown discharge on the tissue and sometimes blood, and when I take a shower to wash my vaginal area it hurts and my urethra area is irritated, what do you think is wrong with me? Do you think I have UTI?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
