Hello Doctor While swallowing some water I had a dull but increasingly painfull sensation in upper center chest area ( which I have had before when swallowing water). It was as though the water wasn t going down the right way. I banged my upper chest with my fist ( usually with that and a few moments, the sensation passes ) The next thing I knew I was on the floor. I dont remember falling off the chair or hitting the cupbord with my head but after only a few seconds my wife was helping me to my feet. I had alot of clear mucus coming out of my nose and I was for a moment quite disorientated. This has never happened before. I am diabetic,58 year old male and obese. Please tell me what you think. Ken
