What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation During Urination?

Feeling pain and burning when i go pee like if something is scraping the inside of my penis. Actual blood drops exit after i finish going which i wipe off with toilet paper and i have to wait until it stops enough before i can pull up my pants. This happens atleast every six months or longer and i have been checked out by doctors before with no clear results. Usually goes away after a little over a week.

Never mind i cant pay for help online!

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my advice.
It looks like you are suffering a recurrent urinary tract infection.
*You should do an uroculture te see which bacteria is causing it and which antibiotic is effective on it.
*take acetaminophen or advil for pain
*drink cranberry juice and tea for disinfection
Hope I have answered the question.
