What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In Back Of Head?

I got Bell s palsy 13 days ago. I took predinoslone for ten days aswell as acyclovir. This stopped 4 days ago. Since then I have had pain and burning sensations in the back of my head bp side, also pain in face on bp side, aching etc on and off and also my tongue has become more numb on bp side. I have not really noticed any improvement since it first came.
