What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In Penis While Urinating?

When I pee urinate I have a severe pain/burn sensation coming from the tip of my penis. a little info on the issue. I just got back from the pacific ocean, swam in public hot tub, had sex in ocean aswell. I shave my pubic hair. been with same woman for 3 years, unprotected sex, she is on IUD. left beach Friday. on sunday morning I did my morning pee and it stung a little. I didn t think nothing of it, as I thought maybe cum was left in night before. Now its Thursday and the sting has turned into a severe pain. I also have 2 very small open blisters on shaft of penis. Ive been to 2 doctors. urine coulture has not came back. I test negative for all STD S, . as of now I am taking UTI prescription medicine for 4 days and no good results with it. the doctors think the blisters are a staph infection and the don t know why it hurts to pee. its getting worse every day.

You seem to acquire UTI due to contaminated water add unprotected sex in sea water as well .

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

This will get cured within 10 days.
