What Causes Pain And Clogging In The Ears Despite Using Cefdinir?
I have a middle ear infection, my doctor prescribed Cefdinir (not sure if I spelled that right), I ve finished off the antibiotics and still can t hear. I used a qtip and a chunk of white gunk came out on it and I keep getting more out. The pain is back and it feels like my ear is stuffed. What could this be?

A middle ear infection is characterized by pain,blocked sensation in ears with or with out fever.The differential diagnoses of the same would be infection and inflammation of external ear,wax impaction etc.These diagnoses can be confirmed by examination of ear.Your ear might require cleaning as the debris can also cause these symptoms.Consultation with ENT specialist is advised for expert treatment.
