What Causes Pain And Difficulty In Passing Urine?

Hello I have been experiencing trouble urinating even when I have a full bladder. It gets to the point where even though I have a full bladder, I am unable to go like there is some kind of blockage. I also get blinding pains in my side that sometimes causes me to pass out and I get dizzy and have hard trouble breathing and it vomit. I have been to my primary doctor, the ER, and a urologist and no one has been able to tell me what is causing this pain or why I have trouble urinating.
