What Causes Pain And Difficulty In Raising Arms Above Shoulder For A Weight Lifter?
i used to be an avid weight lifter and then one morning i woke up and couldnt raise my arms laterally above my shoulders without excruiating pain and now they both throb and ache and i really dont know what happened. i felt no tears or anything while lifting. just woke up this way about 3 months ago.

hello sir, if i were you, i would go consult an orthopedician, the reason is simple the weight lifting must have insult your muscle or ligament. it can only be confirmed by series of test. once you the problem soultion is gets easy
