What Causes Pain And Heaviness In Right Testicle?

Hello, my right testicle hurt and it weights more than the left testicle. I dont know whats happening, but my friend that is 18 years old told me that its part of pubertiy, Is it im very worried?? And Im 13 years old and im in the stage of puberoty right know.

Thanks for your query.
Noted that you are 13 years old and at the age of puberty.
Even at this age, the size of both the testes have to be same and normal for age.
Your right testicle is hurting and larger than the left.
This indicates that there may be a blockage of the vas deference or some other problem of hernia or so.
I Would advise you to see an Urologist to get the most proper picture about the problem and confirmation by ultrasonography and color doppler.
You just have to follow the advise of your Doctor.
