What Causes Pain And Heaviness On Right Testicle?
I am having light pain and heaviness on right testicle . Its size is also bigger and seems that veins above it creating pain .
Pain has started due to excess masturbation in last week, but size of right testicle is bigger than left one from a long time. What should i do ?

I really appreciate your concern if you are performing the act of masturbate vigorously and frequently then this could exert the jerk and that goes down towards the testis and may cause little trauma enough to cause the pain and discomfort you need to stop the act till it get alright and take care for next time hope you understand this, good day.
