I am 39 and male. I have tenderness/slight pain in pelvic area and sometimes in scrotum area with inflammation on pelvic area. Complete Urine test reveals that everything is Nil/normal except Occasional WBC, Occasional Epithelial Cell and Mucous +. Abdominal Ultrasound suggests that normal size of kidneys and urinary bladder with no stone, cyst, mass or thickening of wall.
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having haiving epididimo-orchitis giving this type of pain which may not be detected with ultra sound. Consult surgeon and get examined. Ok and take care.
