What Causes Pain And Irritation In Caruncula Of Right Eye?

Hi...I have pain and irritation in my right eye on the caruncula. I have also notices what looks like a brown lesion and perhaps a blister as well. I have several autoimmune illnesses and i worry about scleritis etc. There is no discharge, just a little dryness. What could this be?

Its better to consult personally than online... Though from history , it doesn't seem to much worrisome... Still for your satisfaction , you can consult ophthalmologist... Till then you can continue lubricating drops... Carboxy methyl cellulose or hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose...
