What Causes Pain And Numbness In Arm?

Hello. I've been experiencing left arm and hand numbness. Upper back pain through my shoulder blades. Jaw pain, nausea, dizzy spells, and chest pain. This started 2 weeks ago. In the last couple of days I've experienced those same symptoms along with right arm pain and numbness, right side of face numbness, and a shooting pain up the back of my neck. I also seem to become short of breath easier than normally.

After going through your query I concluded that you are having compression of nerves in your neck which is causing symptoms of numbness in both upper limbs neck and shoulders.You have not mentioned your age. Causes of it depends on age, for example in young age( cervical disc prolapse) and in old age (cervical spondylitis). Treatment is analgesic such as ibuprofen and Mecobalamin.As you are also shortness of breath so you should get your cardiac and lung function test to know cause.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
