Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, first and foremost what hand infection are you having as that can very well cause pain in the arm and numbness. take care of that first. better consult a Hand Surgeon for your infection
I hope that answers your query. If your want any more clarification, contact me back.
