What Causes Pain And Popping Sensation In Shoulder Joint?
Hi my names is jordan I believe I dislocated my smolder grappling yesterday. Thee first time I heard a big pop. I kept going but the second time I felt it actualy slide out then went back in. No im having extreme soreness, it also feels very lose like its going to slide back out at any arm movement. Im wandering if this is normal or I have further damage that requires medical treatment.
From what you've described it's most likely a subluxation of the shoulder joint. It would be better to get an orthopedic surgeon to assess you physically and decide on further management because it's possible to have a long term morbidity with a shoulder dislocation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. John Chacko, Orthopedic Surgeon
