Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

From what you've described it's most likely a subluxation of the shoulder joint. It would be better to get an orthopedic surgeon to assess you physically and decide on further management because it's possible to have a long term morbidity with a shoulder dislocation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. John Chacko, Orthopedic Surgeon
