What Causes Pain And Pressure In Lower Head And Dizziness?
Hi. I have pain and pressure in the lower part on the back of my head and when I put pressure on it when I lay down on it I get dizzy. And now I noticed even if I m standing up and I look up I get dizzy can you give me an idea of what that is? Thank you
Hello dear friend, I can understand that you are anxious about this, but the way you described your complaints,is just not enough to tell you a pin point diagnosis. In fact, the feeling of pressure on the back of the head, associated with dizziness(both on standing and lying down)just not fit into the mechanism of any of the clinical conditions which may cause these symptoms.Possibly,it's just anxiety or somatization.Still,I would like you to get your blood pressure checked in both standing and lying position for a postural drop, and take plenty of fluids. One step further,i suggest you to visit a neurologist and if he says 'all is well',then a psychiatrist will help you out.I hope it helps.
