What Causes Pain And Pressure In Solar Plexus With Burping?

I have pain in my solar plexus area and increased pressure and burping. If I lean forward it becomes worse. If I lay down it becomes worse. It is a dull pain, not sharp and not burning. Does not seem to be affected by specific foods, if I don t eat it becomes worse and I feel nauseated. I am gluten intolerant - for about 15 years now. This new development has been episodic occurring for a few days and then stopping, but has now occurred regularly - 4 out of the past 5 days. Can you give me an indication what it might be. thanks

Read your history and understood your concerns.
Since you aew gluten intolerant for such a long time it is possible that You had consumed something inadvertently.
This takes a long time to flush out.
At the same time we need to rule out other causes too.
Get a clinical evaluation and examination from a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen
Medicines to treat the pain and specific treatment as per the cause found.
Further studies as required.
