What Causes Pain And Redness In The Inner Labial Frenulum?
For a few days now, my inferior labial frenulum has been causing me pain. It hurts when I apply pressure against my mouth. It hurts when I try to smile or move my lips around. And it stings when liquid touches it inside. When I looked inside of my mouth this morning, it was red around that area. Can you tell me what s causing this pain?

It might be minor inflammation.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
