What Causes Pain And Skin Peeling Under The Tongue?
I am having pain and skin peeling under my tongue and in the front where the lips meet the gums. Have recently had a cold, still suffering from post nasal drip/ I do not drink or smoke. We recently turned vegans / juicers and I have had this situation before, but nearly nearly this painful.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you ave symptoms of pain and skin peeling under the tongue which occurs due to impaired immunity of body after infection of respiratory tract. I would suggest you to avoid eating hot and spicy food stuff as they may get caught on tongue peeling area. You should use tylenol for pain. Do saline rinses with little warm water 3 times a day. Do Not take alcohol, smoke as all these will alleviate your symptoms. Visit oral surgeon once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get it examined completely and start treatment.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
