What Causes Pain And Softness Around Testes?

Doctor i have pain around the testis at right side.and i feel like something extra thing found around my testis and it feel like softness.im sure that pain was from there.now in 24 years old and im have this problem on left side a few months ago and now it was jump to on my right side testis.my weight is 63KG and heigt is 6 feet(not sure in CM). I feel discomfort rather said it make pain.80% i feel discomfort and 20% feel pain sometimes.What wrong doctor?

Thanks for query .Based on the symptoms that you have I would state that the pain and discomfort in testicles and soft feeling around testicles is mostly due to Varicocele .However it can be confirmed only on clinical examination.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.
2) Color Doppler study of scrotum
3) Routine urine test

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
