I think it`s my hip that hurts but I`m not sure. My hips feel stiff especially when I stand with one or the other hip cocked outward. I can do leg lifts I can bend forward but I do get stiff sitting. I`m having some lower back pain from an old injury. I`m 62 almost 63. What do you think?

this is osteoarthritis of hip joint try streching your hip flexors and strengthen your hip extensors and adductors this will fix your problem Good Luck
