What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Neck Near The Shoulder Blade?

Hi,my name is chris hill,and on the right side of my lower neck by my shoulder blade is really sore and stiff,is that a sign of anything serious?and also the bottom left side of my stomach right below my waist,hurts real bad then stops.does it on and off

You have not mentioned since when you are having this problem. It can be neck muscle spasm. I would suggest you following things.
1. Hot water fometation
2. Diclofenac ointment
3. Myoril or Myospaz tablet
Avoid using very high pillow.
