Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
There are two possibilities 1. Ankle sprain with deltoid ligament injury 2. Minor fracture. I would advise radiograph of ankle with foot to rule out fracture. If it turns abnormal consult orthopaedic surgeon. If it's normal apply cold compress and crepe bandage. Take tab diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day for 5 days. Avoid weight bearing on injured ankle for a week.
