What Causes Pain And Swelling In Testicle?
I have this pain in my left testicle and it's starting to get swollen. Anytime I get up to walk or move it starts to hurt when I lay down it feels fine. My lower left abdomen has sharp pains too. Anytime i get in the shower I feel like i'm going to puke and anytime i get up i feel light headed and i'm always sleepy.

Most likely causes for your symptoms are - infection, cyst, hernia which may be blocked, varicocoele ( enlarged blood vessels)
Best suggestion for you is to see a DR to get proper check up & blood test + ultrasound scan if required
