What Causes Pain And Swelling In Testicle?

Sir I had a vericocle surgery done 11 years back from a laproscopic surgeon after he diagnose my issue and inform me that I had Vericocele in testicle after that surgery my life become smooth but I was unable to produce a Kid but I became a father before surgery now after 11 years I have same Issue my testicle is swelled and There is light pain some time and some time hard but i have to eat painkiller to beat the pain yesterday I was going through the internet I found out the symptoms which I have is most commonly find in hydrocele Paitient in which your scrotum filled with water which cause problem please guide me what to as I am in Pakistan and according to Google I am unable to find the hydrocele surgeon in Karachi Pakistan and I can afford the treatment as well with in Pakistan or India please giude me and also that does I am unable to Produce the baby again.

Let us solve the issues one by one::
Your Laparoscopy surgery for varicocele done 11 years back- what was the semen analysis report? In laparoscopy we clip the vein draining into abdomen to stop the back-flow. This is an established method.
BUT- in cases where there is a recurrence and/or large collection of dilated veins in scrotum I prefer to do excision of the vein mass in scrotum ( old and well established procedure). This reduces the internal temperature of the scrotum so that normal sperms may be produced.
I would like you to undergo :: Semen analysis to know the sperm count, quality and quantity of sperms.
Also go for high resolution ultrasonography to know the status of testis , varicocele, hydrocele blood flow, testis and so on. Please post it here as query for Dr T Chandrakant.
Let us see the reports and see what can be done to improve your symptoms and chance of fathering a child.

On a safer side : hydrocele is usually painless.
You might be suffering from varicocele .
