For the past few weeks I have pain above my heel in my right leg only. It is quite painful to walk but very painful to stretch out. It doesn t appear to be swollen. If I sit for a while and then get up its like a pins and needles sensation. Don t know if this makes sense. Hard to describe.

You need to do stretching exercises for the Achilles tendon, nonsteroidal antiifflammatory medication, custom made shoe insoles with arch support and sleep with night splints.
