What Causes Pain And Swelling On Hip After A Fall?

I fell 3 wks ago off a ladder and have had hip and leg pain since ,there was a bruise on my hip from the fall , and there is swelling of my buttock. Can you walk if you have a hairline fracture of your hip or pelvis. pain increases with use better after rest, but still present

You want to know whether a person with hairline fracture of hip and pelvis can walk. Yes with a undislaced hairline fracture one can walk with some pain.
