What Causes Pain And Swelling Over Scapula?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have pain and swelling over my left scapula.I first noticed it because my bra felt tight. my husband says there is a definite swelling.I haven't injured myself but my husband did rub the area as I assumed it was a muscle.Now I am convinced I have a soft tissue tumour. Please help.
