Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have got an anal fissure that is a slit or a tear in the anal mucosa known as Anoderm that causes pain while passing stool and also gives you a feeling of tearing of the anal skin..
As you are resisting to pass stools it can lead to severe constipation as well as fecal impaction and it can further cause complications and it is not at all safe..
I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination as well as advised investigations like Sigmoidoscopy to confirm the cause..
In case if there is anal fissure he can advise you topical application of ointments containing Calcium Channel Blockers like Diltizem as it will promote blood flow in the area and promote healing faster..
He can also advise you stool softeners like Docusate to reduce discomfort with evacuating bowels..
Take fibre supplements like Psyllium..
Avoid spicy food ad drink plenty of water..
Sit in a tub of warm water 2 to 3 times a day and especially after bowels..
You can also take painkiller like Advil to relieve pain..
In case if there is no improvement with medical treatment surgical treatment can be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
