What Causes Pain And Tenderness In Left Testicle Which Is Awkwardly Shaped?

Hi, I am 18 years old. My left testical is at least the size of an egg (literally) and Is awkwardly shaped. I have been experiencing extreme pain with it constantly, and it is very tender to the touch. I'm going to go have it checked out soon. But I was just looking for some other insight before I go to a doctor, a second opinion if you will.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.It can be Hydrocele (collection of free fluid in the sac), or any mass arising from the testicle itself.
2.Hydrocele generally does not give pain, it could be some mass.
3.First thing i would do in this case is - ultrasound scan ( best investigation) gives us the concluding diagnosis.
4.Try get the scan done as soon as possible.
Hope i answered your query.
