What Causes Pain And Weakness In The Fingers And Wrist?

Yesterday I worked all day. My grip started getting weak because I was holding the pole tight and also jamming it down hard to get the linoleum off the floor. Today my right hand wrist hurts to move in certain directions. My fingers were swollen a little bit. I just took a nap and I wake up and my thumbs muscles also hurt extremely bad. My grip is weak which makes sense but this pain in my wrist doesnt.
