What Causes Pain Around Nipples With Scabbing?
I went swimming yesterday in the ocean and had no pain or irritation at all. Today we got in the ocean before the pool and we got out because my nipples were hurting its possible i m expecting so I wrote it off as the waves crashing into me just causing pain especially after being in just the pool didn t hurt. when I got back in the ocean later the same day they both started to hurt again and the pool helped again. now its about 4 hours after we got done and I have scab looking things around my nipples. I checked and nothing was there at all til after my shower and going out to dinner with my husband. What is this and how do I stop it?

Hello,
after reading your post, I think your nipples might have some cracks which become painful when exposed in salt water as in case of ocean, and not in pool.
Stop going to ocean. apply any antiseptic cream it will heal.
