What Causes Pain Around The Gallbladder Area?

I am a 55 year olds female. I has Gallbladder removed 6 years ago. Over the last two months I have experienced like a mild gallbladder attack and by mild I mean when I had a gallbladder the pain would double me over for hours at a time. So yes this is very painful but not making me double over. Also I’m getting pain in my lower jaw at the same time. Last year I had one of these attacks and was advised to a cardiologist he did every test under the sun including a cathiterization of my heart. Everything clear with my heart. The problem now I’m getting this pain almost daily. Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain at the right hypochondrium after cholecystectomy may be due to cholangitis or hepatitis or right colitis or right renal stone or hydro/pyelonephritis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please consult your physician he will examine and do ultrasound abdomen then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
