What Causes Pain Around The Navel?

my 17 yrs old daughter has been thru all kinds of gi test last year and everything was fine. and she also has pcos and for 4 weeks has been experiencing bad stomach pain around the belly button and stomach area. with pcos she takes provera every other month if she hasn't had a menstral cycle. but 1 week ago had a period and started again on sat also with spotting. one day she is bleeding heavy and another day just spotting. within last year she has went from a size 16 to now a size 8. but she does eat and has regular bowel movements as well. but is now getting cold all the time. and has black circles under her eyes. don't know if it is cause the lack of sleep she has been getting or maybe low iron or something to do with the blood
