What Causes Pain Around The Waist?

Iv had pain around my waist line for about 3 or 4 months. it started in the front and spread around to the back but its in the connecting tissue around my pelvis. could it be an infection inflammation or tendonitis? iv had chronic inflammation for months and a lupus like rash on my face. My appendix always hurts like an infection for about 6 months and the back of my neck is stiff and hurts for months. And now iv gotten pneumonia and thinking of taking antibiotics but I hate antibiotics.

Hi,

First, you have to confirm that you don't have connective tissue diseases like SLE or rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia etc. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Upper respiratory tract infection may be secondary to immunosuppression or upper respiratory tract infection.

Please get a chest X-ray, an x-ray of the lumbar spine, ANA antibodies and RA factor tests. use tablet Aceclofenac and paracetamol twice a day for five days. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
