Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... hai...i am from chennai, india!...my mom underwent a pile fissure surgery a few days back!...after the surgery she is suffering from pain on the part where she was surgeried....she says she gets some bloood and puss during her motion discharge....this is going for abt four days....as the surgical part is not healing..we would like to know wat has leaded her dis pain.... thank you -hajarah
In my opinion it can be post-surgical event and pain is the main symptom of it, post-surgical pain can be managed with Acetaminophen.
Formation of puss and blood oozing is not good sign and it demands the immediate medical attention, infection is there so the area is painful, antibiotic is must in full course, if the condition is not good enough then you have to go for second surgical opinion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
