Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to a wrong position during sleep or chronic degeneration of the cervical spine. A wrong posture while working on the computer can also trigger this type of headache.
But, basically it seems to be a tension type of headache. Nothing to worry about!
I would just recommend trying to correct your posture, use an orthopedic pillow and perform some physical activity. Ibuprofen or Tylenol for a short period of time can help with the pain.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
