What Causes Pain Behind Eye Leading To Headache?

Hi I have pain behind my right eye for 3 months now , the pain is there every morning when I wake up , it sometimes awakens me with the pain which ends up a headache , this has stopped me from going to work , the gym, social events , I have had lots of different pain killers tramadol, cocodamol, etc nothing works . I have had a CT scan any everything was clear. I have had my fill of this . Please help
