What Causes Pain Behind Molar After Recovering From Sore Throat?

Hi, I recently had a sore throat for about 10 days. The soar throat has gone away but not I have an awful pain behind my right bottom molar. I noticed that there is some swelling. I am having troubles opening my jaw and swallowing on that side of my mouthny advice is appreciated.

hello,thanks for your query, pain and swelling behing the last molor(retro molor trigone), is a hidden place to have cancers.difficulty in mouth opening and bleeding common with these lesions. kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon, if necessary biopsy. hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
