Hello doctor, I am having pain right below both of my eyebrows. When I concentrate on a computer screen, it increases and when I stop redoing that it goes away. I am a software professional. But these symptoms I am having for the last couple of days. Please advise.
I will take it as computer vision syndrome. In your case it is more possible siince you must be using computer more then ten hours a day.The cause of this problem are glare and dry eye.glare from computer effects the eye. it can be checked by having an anti glare screen before computer and using an anti glare specs. Dry eye is result of less blinking so tear film spread over cornea decreases. you have to give break in evry two hours go near a window look out side for some time.use refresh tear eye drop for 3times a day. These action and medication will give relief to you.
