Hi

Welcome in H.C.M.

I understand your query and It appears as you are having recurrent throat infection. As per your symptoms it may be-

1- Infected pre tracheal lymph node.

2- Acute Laryngitis.

3- Thyroiditis.

You have recurrence of infection therefore it will be better to go for these basic investigations-

a- X-Ray chest (P.A.View).

b- Blood sugar.

c- X-Ray Chest.

d- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

e- Gram's staining of throat swab.

With the help of inferences of above investigations and their clinical co-relation with findings of examination correct diagnosis may be made and ultimately that may be managed accordingly.

Thanks for consulting H.C.M.
