HI ,I am 27 years old male guy.i am unmarried.from past two days i am feeling a litlle pain when i pass my stool.i feel it quite uncomfortable while passing stoll as it pains a bit .i feel like there is some sought of a boil inside .when i contract my buttock muscles as well i feel a little pain at the place from where i pass stool..is it piles or something related to that and what precautions i should take.if some medicine needs to be taken please suggest.is it symptoms of piles?.please help.
Painful defecation with pain while spasm buttock muscles indicate the following causes: - Fissure-in-ano can cause bleeding and pain too - Prolapsed and thrombosed piles can cause such a problem
This can be diagnosed by ano-proctoscopy and further tests as needed like colonoscopy. Once diagnosed, the treatment can be specific.
Till then take: - A laxative to keep the stools soft - Sitz bath in a tub with warm water - Antibiotics and metronidazole if there is an evidence of an infection - Painkiller with anti-inflammatory properties to control pain and edema
